Meet Pat and Janie Gazzola!
As the owners of the Catfish Hole's, Pat and Janie have dedicated over 20 years to bringing the finest catfish, hush puppies, and service you will find anywhere.  The Catfish Hole has been recognized in several publications and has won multiple awards as well as seen on national television during College Game Day when Todd Blackledge filmed his "Taste About Town" series.

"The restaurant business is a tough business, but we have a simple formula... Great food + Great service = Success!  Our customers come to the Catfish Hole with an expectation to get fresh high quality food and exceptional service every experience.  If we are not on our game, they definitely let us know.  We may not get everything right every time, but we will never sacrifice food quality or service...  It is our lifeline.  Our team separates us from the rest."     Pat Gazzola

From passion for the law business to passion for the oil and gas

business to passion for the restaurant business...

Pat and Janie are no newcomers to hard work.  Regardless of whatever they undertook there was always the passion to succeed...to be the best at whatever they pursued in life.  Following his career in law, Pat and Janie invested their talents in building their oil and gas business (Petroleum Landman Services) for some twenty-four years.  Their tenure as family owned/managed Catfish Hole restauranteers started with the purchase of their first Catfish Hole in Alma back in 1993. (known as Catfish Hole #2 located on Hwy 71 North)  A year later they decided to expand and add another restaurant on the west side of Fayetteville on West Wedington Dr (known as Catfish Hole #3).  Soon after that they added catering.  In order to expand the menu to offer grilled products and gain better visibility once I49 was completed, they decided to relocate the Alma location to #24 Collum Lane W, approximately one block north of I 40 at exit 13.

Quality award winning products, people-centered management, and a staff of roughly 80 dedicated hardworking employees have led great success for Pat and Janie.

"We are proud to have served our customers for over 20 years and owe our success to our loyal customers who dine with us frequently and our incredible team... For that, we thank you!"        Janie Gazzola

About Pat: (aka. Pappy)
I am a pretty simple guy... outside of spending time with my customers at the restaurants, I truly enjoy Razorback sports and chatting with other Hog fans. (1949 - 2017)

About Janie: (aka. Memom)
When I am not at the restaurants, you will find me shopping or spending time with my six grandkids...probably doing both at the same time!

In loving memory of a wonderful man who touched so many people.  We love you and will miss you greatly!
